First off, we would like to welcome you to our website. We are a brand-new company as of January 2025. We are a small husband/wife business from Northwest Kansas. We are handmaking custom dog collars for each order after hours from our normal jobs. We are a small family with 2 of the best Golden Doodles ever. This is all new to us and our first time ever setting up a website so please be kind as we are still figuring everything out. Our website and inventory may change a bit at the beginning until we get everything perfect. We will always be updating and getting new inventory. Measuring for our SLIP ON COLLARS

• Please make sure you are using a soft tape measure and not a hard metal one.
• Using a soft tape measure around the largest part of your pet's head. If the measurement lands on a fraction number between inches, please round to the nearest 1/2 inch.

Measuring for our BUCKLE COLLARS

• Please make sure you are using a soft tape measure and not a hard metal one.
• Using a soft tape measure around the largest part of your pet's neck. If the measurement lands on a fraction number between inches, please round to the next half inch.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Since these are hand-made, made-to-order collars, all sales are final. Please make sure you look at our sizing guide and how to measure for our collars. Please email us if you have any questions prior to purchasing or would like help choosing the correct size! 

If you measured your pets head or neck as stated properly in the size guide and you believe we have made a mistake on sizing, or if your item arrived damaged, please email or use the Contact form to notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. (Please know that we are a new business, and mistakes can happen on our end also.) We are happy to work with you the best we can! If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can try our best to make it right.
